What does science and technology mean? These are two different words comprised by different alphabetical letters. When these words are separate, they give different meaning but when combined form a specific meaning. As we have modernized ourself from past to future, in the same way science and technology has turned out and proved itself to be a great need for human beings.
Science generally means to deal with creatures, environment, human life etc. physically, chemically and biologically. It is the part of our daily life. It has totally grabbed us in itself in such a way that now it is very difficult for us to get away of it. Science has become a vital part of our life, more vital than our basic needs.
Technology is the word which expresses the technique from which an object is made. Technology is also a part of our daily life. It can be said so because the technological things like mobiles, vehicles, fan, etc have made our life so easy. It is also true that life without technological things is not possible now and if it is so than it will be a great disaster for this world and also for the people living here.
If we talk about science and technology then it will be day and night but the talk wouldn’t end. It is so because it’s not a minor topic but it is a major topic not for you and me only but for whole world. Science and technology has almost captured the whole planet and it is impossible for us to survive without it.
So all in all we can say that science and technology has become like a major body part for us and we can’t move ahead if it is separated from our life. It can also be said that now our life is dependent totally on science and technological inventions and objects. If it goes on developing than we will reach on top of world but if it suddenly stops than we will return to the same position from where we started our life.

History of Science and Technology

If we talk about the history of science and technology then it may take a long time to describe it. Science and technology have their own history. If we notice than the word history has now become ordinary in the field of science and technology.
Science and technology carry such historical verdict which can easily rap out whole world if we will come to know about its reality. It’s not a big word in this field but a good basic point for the scientist to start doing scientific and technological inventions and discoveries. To start with a good historic point is the dream of every scientist. So, by this we come to know about the importance of history for the scientist.
Now, if we talk about history created in the field of science and technology then it will be a big detail report. Some of the histories in the field of science and technology which are highly popular are as follows – invention of atom bomb, invention of mobile, invention of calculators, air conditioner, refrigerator, etc.
The history of science and technology proves that it has helped us a lot to fight with the present challenging world. For example, in past time industries and factories needed more manpower to complete a work and it also consumed more time but now in present industries only need talented and qualified workers and all works can be easily completed by advance machines. This proves that the history of science and technology has great impact on us.

Evolution of Science and Technology

The word evolution in the field of science and technology has its own greatness. It has its own basic importance. Evolution means a lot in this field. We can understand about it by comparing our past lifestyle and our present lifestyle and also how our future lifestyle would be due to the evolutionary activities in science and technological field.
Evolution means to change the lifestyle, characters, etc from then to now. It also means to bring change in every sort of things continuing from past to present. Evolution of science and technology has been great from primitive to modern. By the help of this evolution we have been able to convert ourself from chimpanzee or monkey group to civilized human beings.
The word evolution here also denotes how we have developed ourself and changed as the time continued. In past we human beings were supposed to wear leaves of plant as our dress but now we have evolved and started wearing clothes of different types.
By all above written things it is proved that the evolution of science and technology has helped us a lot to develop from primitive to modern. It has also helped us to develop the environment in which we live. These all are possible due to the evolution in the field of science and technology from then and now. Without its evolution it would have impossible for us to survive in the present challenging world and we will have been at the same position from where we started without its evolution.
